PRIDE

Confidence and self-respect as expressed by members of a group, typically one that has been socially marginalized, on the basis of their shared identity, culture, and experience.⁣ "the bridge was lit up in rainbow colors, symbolic of LGBT pride"⁣ ⁣ Looking up the definition made me so happy. The first half of the first definition fit perfectly (I omitted the second half). Then seeing that the dictionary had included PRIDE in the sense that I was meaning. PRIDE was the second image that came to my head for my emotions collection. The first was DEPRESSION. My original thought was just the rainbow. Over the last year so much more has come to light. Trans flag colors and Black and Brown were added for the marginalized within the marginalized. On top of that, learning about Stonewall and all the Black and Brown Trans and Lesbians starting that riot which turned into a revolution their colors should absolutely fly side by side.⁣
